I have a passion for
business and an excitement for entrepreneurship that
cannot be contained (in other words, I can’t keep a
job). My business experiences encompass more than
25 years of starting up, operating and selling
various businesses.
My wife and I have
managed each and every one of them.
Throughout our efforts at running these
businesses, one critical success factor
remains the same…that you must have specific
business systems in place in order to be
successful and to also increase the business
value of that company. My constant quest
for better systems is my way of balancing my
entrepreneurial spirit. I call this
proactive management with a creative twist.
I believe in giving
back to our community and our world through
service. I am involved in service
organizations such as the Boy Scouts, Rotary
International, Junior Achievement, my
University Alumni Foundation Board and my
local Chamber of Commerce. What I mean by
involvement is taking a leadership role in
whatever I take on; I aim to make a
difference.
I have been
recognized in both business and community
service for not only thinking but acting
“outside-the-box”. That’s how I conduct
business and it's how I live my life.
Leadership is what I excel at. Representing

company, I work side-by-side with business
owners doing whatever it takes to identify
and instill the vision, plan the success,
and create the systems so that your business
