Terri Wilcox, SPHR
Organizational Development Coach

When it comes to developing a business, I am in my comfort zone.  Who wouldn’t be after seven different businesses managing the “big picture” and working side-by-side as a “co-preneur” (spouses working together in entrepreneurship).  I certainly understand the inner workings of family and business relationships, as well as the entrepreneurial spirit vs. management implementation.

My degree in teaching and writing brings skill sets to support your team at all levels of communication.  My passion lies in coaching.  With a second degree and career in coaching, curriculum development and training at a national level, I have learned the importance of listening to what is important to you.  Before I proceed with a plan of action, I evaluate it based upon “balance”.  I work hard to bring facilitation and training of key business concepts to a level that all can understand and buy into.

Each one of these degrees and career platforms has provided me with extensive skill sets that have transferred and blended to form the organizational development coach.  People strategies must align with a company’s business and financial strategies.  I have developed team building sessions for management, train-the-trainer programs, and assisted organizations with their people strategies as well as facilitated many planning sessions in an effort to assist an organization’s culture with adapting to change.

I firmly believe that business development is an on-going, educational process; not some project-based initiative.  Your business is a never-ending source of learning, especially when it comes to business skills.  My approach is to facilitate this continuous learning process.  I hope that you become enlightened, focused and enthused by your business potential!
