Client Account Manager

As a lifelong helper, fixer, and learner, I’ve spent the last 13 years serving nonprofits, small businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals — often stepping into complex, fast-moving situations and bringing clarity, structure, and calm. I’m drawn to people and organizations that care deeply about their teams and clients, and that see continuous improvement as both a goal and a value.
As a Client Account Manager at The Resultants®, I partner closely with our Business Advisors to support client meetings, manage logistics and documentation, and help streamline processes that drive success. I bring a strong blend of project coordination, systems thinking, and human-centered communication to everything I do. Whether I’m scribing, scheduling, or problem-solving, I’m always focused on how to make things smoother and more meaningful for those we serve.
I believe great teams are built on trust, clarity, and open communication — and that when people feel supported, they can grow in powerful ways. A mindset I live by: “Progress is built on trust. When people feel heard, supported, and clear, they move mountains.”
Before joining The Resultants®, I ran two professional organizing businesses and an apparel brand, all rooted in service to community and equity. I’ve also worked as a behind-the-scenes navigator for many individuals in my East Side St. Paul neighborhood, helping people get housing, start businesses, and manage life’s paperwork through changing systems.
When I’m not working, I’m with my family — exploring new places, chasing the ocean, or dancing around the living room with my grandkids. I love music, books, nature, and good conversations. My oversized dog Drakeo insists he’s a lap dog, and I once grew a pumpkin that weighed over 100 pounds!
