CHAD HALDEMAN

My entire career has been focused around growth and I am passionate about helping people grow, whether it be key members of my management teams or client owners and their organizations. Leaving the Fortune 200 world after nearly two decades of sales and management leadership, I had a single goal in mind – to bring the same level of business expertise enjoyed by large firms to small and medium-sized businesses in order to help them go further, faster!

Fast forward to today where The Resultants™ simple yet powerful approach can help companies achieve exponential growth and owners can experience real freedom and realize their dreams. At the core of much of our work with owners and their teams involves being an advocate for the best interests of the business. We help companies clarify a singular vision for the organization, align around that vision, build a plan to reach their dreams, then execute that plan and drive growth. As one member of a client leadership team said, “… we have gotten more done in the last six months with Chad and The Resultants than we did the previous two years on our own!”

I am a graduate of the University of Minnesota and a current member of the University of Minnesota Alumni Association Board. When not with my family or working, I’m an avid golfer, newshound, active mentor and a passionate fan of Gopher football and basketball.
