JANE DRIGANS

For the past 30+ years, I’ve enjoyed working with visionary owners and entrepreneurs helping to grow small businesses. I believe communication is the key ingredient for successful organizations that want to improve, lead and deal with the many changes and challenges we face in the world of business today. I work within a role that manages the many communication links an organization must have, both internally and externally, to ensure organizational clarity and consistency.
 
I have a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for change. Simon Sinek said it best when he wrote, “Systems and processes are essential to keep the crusade going, but they should not replace the crusade.” As COO, I manage the day-to-day operations of the business; focusing on the development, implementation and execution of the systems and processes essential to achieving the company’s goals, mission and vision.
 
Prior to joining The Resultants™ in 2006, my career was centered in the photo industry where I had the privilege of working with creative teams and entrepreneurial owners.  My background includes managing the operations, marketing, and service/product development of privately owned, portrait studios and photo labs.  It was an exciting time as the industry was transformed by digital imaging technology.  Photography is still one of my creative outlets.
 
My passion outside of work centers around my family, the great outdoors, and a Half-Arabian, Palomino horse named Jasper.  My son is a UW-Madison alumnus, so of course I’m a Badger fan!  Growing up in Eastern Wisconsin, I am also a die-hard Green Bay Packer fan… I’ve been known to tailgate with the best of them.
