To have the privilege of leading, facilitating and collaborating with high performing teams is one of the most important roles I am responsible for as a Business Advisor. I really enjoy helping others work out the best solutions and outcomes for their business and share in the success of their renewed and robust leadership.
My corporate career has included working with Fortune 500 companies such as Coca-Cola, Philip Morris, McDonald’s, Intel and Wrigley across 5 continents and in over 60 countries. Throughout my career, my primary roles have been in leadership, senior general management, strategic marketing and client services. This diverse experience teaches you how to quickly adapt to changing cultures, economies and overcome all manner of obstacles.
My experience as an Intrapreneur has helped me to identify with and enjoy working with entrepreneurs and their leadership teams, where I can scale those learnings and enjoy making a real difference for people that sincerely and genuinely appreciate hard work and effort. When you partner with a team of like-minded business leaders, we share a joint success that exponentially builds to much greater results.
This is the reason I have partnered with The Resultants™. Their firm not only embodies the professionalism I too believe in, but they truly understand not just the “what” but also the all-important “why” of serving teams. They care.
Born in England, I graduated from East Hertfordshire University with a Business Degree, majoring in Marketing. Whilst my work has taken me to the Middle East, Austria, Germany and the States, and my family is globally spread, my wife’s family roots are tied to Minnesota and so home is the Twin Cities.
My passion is coaching both in business and sport. I was a semi-professional soccer player for many years and went on to coach girls and boys at all levels and now do the same with referees. So when it comes to border battles and football (or fútbol), I am a supporter of Tottenham Hotspur, a team I started with and have supported for over 40 years.
