NPS, or Net Promoter Score, is one of the most commonly used systems to evaluate a company’s performance. The average company’s score is around 5-10. Companies like Amazon, Apple, and Harley-Davidson have set the “Gold Standard” with scores consistently falling within the 50-80 range. The Resultants’ NPS came in at a very respectable 63 overall, a slight increased over last year’s score of 61. We used the “Blue Ocean Strategy®” method to identify The Resultants’ unique value points in 2014. From this strategic initiative, we’ve surveyed our clients annually to gauge how we are standing up to our Value Canvas. Our clients provide feedback in three areas. The first two areas, Delivery of Service and Outcomes/Benefits, are measured against our Value Canvas. The third area translates into a Net Promoter Score, or “NPS” (see more on NPS above).
Three family members who were owners of a small refining business were looking to take their success to the next level.
