About the Event
This is a hands-on, working session for owners who know where they want to go but need a practical way to translate that direction into focused priorities and next steps.
This workshop is for owners of service‑based businesses doing roughly $1M–$5M who:
Feel stuck at a plateau
Know they can’t keep doing everything themselves
Want to build a team, but aren’t sure how
Doors open at 7:30 AM (with a light breakfast included).
We start at 8:00 AM sharp.
